Marine fuel buyers have become far more demanding about documentation. In this conversation, a supplier explains how quality assurance moved from a technical afterthought to a commercial differentiator.
"Ten years ago, the discussion was price and availability," they said. "Now the first question is often about the blend components and the testing regime."
