Descartes acquires Tai for $100M
Descartes Systems Group announced Monday that it has acquired Tai, a TMS provider for freight brokers, for $100 million. The deal was funded with cash on hand. California-based Tai’s AI-powered platform oversees the entire shipment lifecycle, including quoting, sourcing, execution and invoicing.
