PascoGas linked to $370m LPG quartet at HD Hyundai
Turkey's PascoGas is reportedly behind a four-ship LPG carrier order worth $370 million at South Korea's HD Hyundai Heavy Industries.

A Turkish gas vessel specialist, PascoGas, has been identified by industry sources as the buyer behind a new contract for four liquefied petroleum gas carriers. As reported by Splash 247, the shipbuilding deal represents a total investment of approximately $370 million. The official announcement from the shipyard initially listed the client as an undisclosed firm based in the Oceania region. HD Hyundai Heavy Industries is tasked with the construction of the quartet, with a final completion deadline set for the end of March 2030. The Turkish shipping firm maintains an existing partnership with the South Korean yard group, having recently taken delivery of the Pasco Yumiko, a dual-fuel very large ammonia carrier. This latest transaction further solidifies their commercial relationship. The agreement contributes significantly to the annual performance of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering. The group has now secured orders for 162 vessels this year, totaling over $18 billion in value. This activity level indicates the conglomerate has already achieved more than three-quarters of its financial goals for the current calendar year.
